The new series of ‘I’m a Celebrity Get Me Out of Here’ starts next month on ITV. The names of the ‘celebrities’ are being kept a secret until the launch show but producers have told us:

“You won’t be disappointed. We’ve really, really scraped the barrel this year. You can expect to have not heard of at least three quarters of the campmates.”

Tabloids predict at least one glamour model who once sat next to a footballer in a restaurant, one has-been from X-Factor and one TV chef will take part.

When asked if there was going to be a theme this year, producers replied:

“To be honest, we’ll probably just wing it depending on how many viewers we get. That’s what we usually do. Sometimes we show the same episode 4 times on the run. Nobody ever notices. They just think the same person got nominated for a trial again. We did this with Janice Dickinson.”

It’s unclear who will present the show this year now that Ant and Dec have moved to LA to pursue their acting, modelling and yoga fitness careers.

The Sceptical Poet can exclusively reveal that this is to be the last series of I’m a Celeb to be shown on ITV, as next year it’s being axed and replaced with Alan Partridge’s Monkey Tennis.
